1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using pop-ai.gr and the automated trading software tools offered by POP-Ai™ (operated by Alexandros Temelkou), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access our website or utilize our software.

2. Nature of Software Services

POP-Ai™ is strictly a software development service. We build, maintain, and license algorithmic trading software (Expert Advisors) compatible with MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5).

  • We are not a financial institution, brokerage, or investment firm.
  • We do not hold, manage, or take custody of client funds.
  • We do not offer investment advice, financial planning, or managed portfolio services.
  • All trading operations are executed directly on your chosen broker account under your personal control and risk.

3. Software Licensing & Intellectual Property

Upon purchase or authorized subscription, POP-Ai grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to operate the software on your designated trading accounts.

All source code, algorithms, visual designs, brand names, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of POP-Ai. You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Decompiling, reverse-engineering, or attempting to extract the MQL5 or Pine Script source code.
  • Reselling, leasing, sharing, or distributing the software files to third parties.
  • Bypassing or tampering with software license verification mechanisms.

4. High Risk Warning & Limitation of Liability

Forex and contract for difference (CFD) trading carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. High leverage can work against you as well as for you, leading to substantial or total financial loss.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, POP-Ai and Alexandros Temelkou shall not be held liable for:

  • Any financial or trading losses incurred while operating POP-Ai software.
  • Third-party service failures, including broker execution latency, slippage, order rejections, or Virtual Private Server (VPS) downtime.
  • Incorrect user configuration of risk parameters, lot sizing, or strategy settings within MetaTrader.

Historical backtests and verified MyFxBook results represent past performance and do not guarantee future returns.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of POP-Ai software, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for selecting an independent, regulated Forex broker and maintaining sufficient account margin.
  • You are responsible for monitoring your positions, managing your equity risk parameters, and ensuring stable internet or VPS connectivity.
  • You are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to engage in financial trading under the laws of your jurisdiction.

6. Refund Policy & Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of trading software and immediate license key activation, all sales are considered final once a software license has been generated and delivered. If you experience technical issues during setup, our support team will assist you in resolving installation or operational problems.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and applicable European Union regulations. Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Greece.
